1. Digital Products & Online Courses
All payments made for digital products, online courses, study materials, or downloadable resources are non-refundable.
Once access is granted, we cannot revoke or track usage; hence refunds are not provided.

2. Webinars, Workshops & Online Sessions​
Tickets or payments made for any live webinar, workshop, or session are non-refundable.
However:
If you are unable to attend, you may request
(a) access to the session recording (if available) OR
(b) transfer your ticket to another upcoming session.
This request must be made at least 24 hours before the event.

3.Coaching & Consultation Services
Payments for personal coaching, counselling, or consulting sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
Last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. Subscription / Membership Plans
Subscription fees or membership charges are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.

5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been made by mistake or there is a billing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at:

6. Exceptions
In rare situations such as duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be processed after manual verification.
Mind Mastery reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
